This shampoo is gentle enough to be used from birth.

A little goes a long way, meaning it lasts and lasts.

It’s made with organic sweet orange to gently cleanse, hydrolysed wheat protein to strengthen and reduce splitting and organic chamomile extract to make baby’s hair soft and shiny whilst bringing out their natural highlights.

Cruelty-Free and lovingly Australian owned and made.

Wet their heads a little using your hand, a small cup or a cloth, making sure water doesn’t trickle down the face. Take a pea-sized amount of GAIA Natural Baby Shampoo and gently lather it into their hair. Don’t rub vigorously!

Use your hand, the cup or cloth to rinse out the shampoo carefully.

Note*- It uses plant-based surfactants and therefore low foaming.

Water (Aqua), Decyl Glucoside, Disodium Cocoamphodipropionate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Lactic Acid, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Panthenol, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Extract*, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil*, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil*, Allantoin , Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Phenoxyethanol, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil*, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil*, Lavandula Hybrida (Lavandin) Oil*, Anthemis Nobilis Flower (Chamomile) Oil* , Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil
(D-Limonene, Linalool – naturally occurring components of essential oils).

*= Organic

Baby’s hair doesn’t need to be washed every day (unless they have cradle cap) and doing so can lead to some discomfort which is the last thing you want before bed! It’s best to wash their hair every other day or every three days.

Save washing their hair for the last step in your bathtime routine as wet hair can make them cold quicker.

What I love about the Gaia Shampoo is you only need a little bit (1 pump) and it lasts for AGES! Going by my photos... I bought this bottle in January and it is nearly June! We use it every single night at bath time. Soft, organic and smells divine, I just love this shampoo and will continue to use it on my two year old.

This is my favourite shampoo hands down. I started using it on my son to get him use to the feeling and process of washing his hair- even though he has next to none. You only need a tiny little bit and it lathers up really wel and washes off easily. It smells great and people are also commenting on the smell. As per all Gaia products it is free of nasty chemicals. I will definitely be purchasing this product again.

Ok I'm going to give this 3 stars. Although it's all natural and smells amazing, it does not make babys hair as soft as i expected it would. Perhaps, adding conditioner in it may make a difference. Other that that, it's all natural and no harsh chemicals and it's Australian made.
